I have the data back off my crashed drive. There were only teo I had not put up since I backed up. Tis is the first. Break! Maybe I was due for one. It was called that before everything broke.

Today when I returned to the previous one, it was nothing like I recalled it. So I had to do it again.

Tech note. What happened is that since the crash my picture reduction system is not quite right. I will need to go back and re-do quite a few. They looked a lot better on my screen – and not till studying the blog have I noticed the problem!
I have now redone them all. Whew. Even that earlier cross looks better.

Simplifying. Could not bare to go to sleep last night till I had something simpler, I thought this was it.

The real dissatisfaction cam with the post I did with the poorly resolved file. Copy below. That was the one that prompted #0863. Looking at the very large file, 2000 by 2000 pixels the tones are actually quite nice.
